Bro Thomas Bateman Rosseter was a respected Fellow of the Royal Microscopical Society in the late 19th century: so far I've found an article of his in the December 1886 Journal of the Society entitled "Trichondina as an Endoparasite. He was a leading Kent Freemason, being a member of St Augustine's Lodge 972, Canterbury. He died, aged 79, in 1922 and is buried in Canterbury Cemetry.
