A little meditation

Japan

By Janos Cegledy PM

What keeps us all together in unity - the rich the poor, the clever and the ignorant?

We are all travelling towards that land from where no traveler returns. It weights us down, literally. We feel the pull of gravity of the earth towards the center, towards our grave. The ignorant fear, the clever rejoice. We are going towards our natural home, the state of nonphysical being which is ever lasing.

Compared to it, our present physically conscious state is but a moment which never existed. We think of ‘death’ as a fearful landmark, a terminal, yet we should know better. We have rehearsed and practiced it thousands of times, millions of times, countless times in our lifetime.

We are our own Brahma, and Vishnu dreaming and creating our life which constantly changes our lives by the aid of the great Shiva, the destroyer and which enables the new to develop. Without him there is no change, not even stagnation but complete and unbearable static, the antithesis of life. With his help we have died an infinite times and were reborn a new identity with completely new attributes and potentials and challenges.

Thus we are able to take control of our lives, with a choice of decisions steering our lives towards the goal which is the glorious death, an inevitable change. It is as final as all changes have been during our physical existence and like all changes it has to be prepared for it to be successful.
