Source: This information is provided by the Masonic Press Agency of Romania. The coordination of the event to promote the Bicentennial of the Republic of Paraguay is done through the Secretariat General of the APRM through the International Masonic Program APMR Cultural.
The Symbolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay is the heir of Regular Symbolism uninterrupted in Paraguay, established in the second half of the nineteenth century. The Most Worshipful Brethren Euclides Acevedo is the Grand Master of Paraguayan Masonry and leader of the Symbolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay.
In the history various Paraguayan presidents and dignitaries were Freemasons:
